The Advanced Art of Leadership: Leadership in Action
Designed for the alumni of AoL, the Advanced Art of Leadership: Leadership In Action challenges participants to delve deeper into their professional development and offers tools that can be integrated into the day-to-day operations of their organizations and networks. This training is especially targeted towards senior staff, management teams, executive directors and senior leaders of social justice networks and coalitions. Leadership In Action offers a chance for peer leaders to learn practical leadership skills and candidly address leadership and organizational issues in a supportive environment.
What to Expect

Four-day intensive residential seminar led by nationally recognized facilitators and held in a beautiful retreat setting

Individual leadership style assessment tool designed to increase awareness of each participant's leadership style, gain an appreciation for different styles and improve their ability to build more effective partnerships

Hands-on training in assessment and evaluation tools for leadership development and collaboration, including a take-home workbook

An intimate learning community limited to 24-30 nonprofit leaders to create the best environment for skill development and knowledge sharing
