Art of Leadership

The Art of Leadership is a five-day intensive residential retreat that teaches powerful visioning, listening, speaking, team-building and feedback skills to emerging and established leaders.

Where noted, sessions may have a special program focus. The Art of Leadership for Philanthropic Leaders is designed to meet the unique needs of philanthropic leaders who inform the grantmaking process and wish to further their leadership and collaboration skills. Rockwood invites all philanthropic leaders, including: foundation executives; board members; program officers; donors; corporate sponsors; and other leaders in a position to leverage financial resources for social good.

The Art of Leadership for Women in Racial Justice and Human Rights and Art of Leadership for Racial Justice Leaders are designed for leaders working in those fields or cultivating those areas of expertise.
