This special Art of Leadership has been created with the vision of supporting women of color and white women leaders to strengthen their work for racial justice and human rights. This five-day intensive seminar is designed to teach powerful visioning, listening, speaking, presentation, coaching, team-building, and feedback skills to emerging and established leaders.
There is a two-step application process. Please complete the standard online application by following the link below. Selected women will be asked to complete a supplemental application.
A Room and Board charge of $960 will be due, in addition to the Program Tuition that you select from the sliding scale based on the Annual Budget of your organization.
As a special 5-day training, there will be an adjusted tuition cost of +$150 to the regular sliding scale levels to accommodate for the additional day.

This five-day intensive seminar is designed to teach powerful visioning, listening, speaking, presentation, coaching, team-building, and feedback skills to emerging and established leaders.

Program tuition will be based on the sliding scale reflecting the annual budget of your organization. Accepted participants are also responsible for a separate room and board cost of $670 and their own travel costs.
