Check-In / Check Out Time

• Check-in is at 4:00pm and checkout is at 10:00am.
• If you arrive early, ask the front desk if early check-in is available. If your room is not ready, you may leave your luggage with the front desk and check into your room at dinner time. Because late check-out is not guaranteed, we recommend participants plan to check out before training starts on the final day, and leave their bags at the front desk.
• You will be asked to provide a credit card to cover any incidental expenses.

Traveling to the Training Location

• Nearest airport is San Diego International Airport – we recommend purchasing refundable flights
• If you are driving in, please refer to the online maps.
• Nightly parking is available for $20 per vehicle

What to Pack

Please leave your scented cosmetics at home to accommodate guests with allergies and sensitivities

• comfortable clothes and rain gear, depending on the weather (there is no dress code for our trainings)
• sturdy, flat-soled shoes
• journal and/or book

• water bottle
• bathing suit (optional)
