Art of Leadership for

Philanthropic Leaders

Take a leap forward towards being a more powerful, effective, and collaborative leader in the world of philanthropy.

The Art of Leadership for Philanthropic Leaders is a 5-day retreat-style training that brings together foundation executives & board members, program officers, donors, corporate sponsors, and other leaders leveraging financial resources for social good.

During these 5 days, you’ll have the space to connect with others who understand the unique leadership challenges facing the foundation and philanthropic world and discover how to sustain yourself in this work for the long-haul.

What You’ll Get From This Training:

Concrete Skills

Learn and practice key skills, like having difficult conversations, dealing with stress and challenging emotions, partnering with others across issue areas, and planning for large and small projects.

Space to Slow Down

Allow yourself to be completely present and focused on connecting with yourself and your work, while in a caring, supportive community, and a beautiful, relaxing natural setting.

Supportive Community

You are not alone. Connect deeply with people in your movement, in other issue areas, even outside of the nonprofit sector, and leave with a new definition of community.
