As the Training Coordinator at Rockwood, I support social change and social benefit leaders to go through our public Art of Leadership Training Program.  It is an honor for me to witness the amazing people who come through our programs, representing an array of organizations from public policy, the arts, philanthropic and LGBTQ sectors.  Every person attends our training for a different reason, but everyone inevitably ends up connecting to one another, and often reconnecting to their own purpose and vision for their lives or work.
