Art of Leadership for Philanthropic Leaders 6

We’re proud to announce our 10th annual Art of Leadership for Philanthropic Leaders. This special training is designed to meet the unique needs of philanthropic leaders who want to receive support from a community of peers, gain a clearer sense of purpose, and renew their commitment to themselves and their work.

The session is open to all philanthropic leaders: foundation executives, board members, executive directors, program officers, donors, corporate sponsors, and other leaders in a position to leverage resources for social good. The training will be held February 24-28, 2014 at the Earthrise Retreat Center in Petaluma, CA. The deadline to apply is December 19, 2013.

Here’s what some alum of the Art of Leadership for Philanthropic Leaders have to say about their experience:

Yeshica-Weerasekera

“Searching deeply for clarity around purpose and vision was very effective in helping shape what drives my commitment to the work that I do. Combined with the resiliency work, I feel I gained more confidence in my abilities to handle the leadership challenges I face.“
– Yeshica Weerasekera, IDEX

Peter Kostishack

“I feel more aware of myself, how I present myself as a leader, and what I need to work on. I also feel more confident in my abilities to respond to challenges in a thoughtful and caring manner.”
– Peter Kostishack, Global Greengrants Fund

– Surina Khan, Ford Foundation
