Rockwood Dance Break: How We’re Sustaining Ourselves in 2020

By January 9, 2020No Comments

Is it just us, or does 2020 feel like it’s been longer than two weeks?

With everything going on in the world recently, this year is already shaping up to be a challenge. But, as leaders, we know that it’s essential to our movements that we find ways to sustain ourselves so that we don’t just survive challenging times, we thrive in them.

At Rockwood, we sustain ourselves in a variety of ways. One such practice is joining together in dance to find joy, to reconnect with our bodies, and to be in community with each other.

To help you start this year with joy and connection, we’re sharing that practice with you:

Want to dance with us? Watch the extended version to learn the steps.

Here’s to all of you in our network, and to all the ways — large and small — we’re going to change the world in 2020.

Warmly,

Rockwood Leadership Institute
